Gov. Paterson signed the new law to eliminate the Rockefeller Laws as we know them. Which is a very good thing for everyone. A lot of Latinos are in prison for just small quantities of pot. Now treatment is preferred now over jail time. And we are saving some money in the process. Some people will be coming home soon to a new start. Best of luck!The next step will be...
