EN CONCIERTO: ILe LE CANTA BOLEROS A NUEVA YORK EN EL LINCOLN CENTER

Posted by LATINO EVENTS Y TESPIS MAGAZINE on Thursday, August 18, 2016 , under , , , , , , , , , | comments (0)

iLe canta en Out of Doors del Lincoln Center, NYC. AlexGuerrero®2016

Aquí la vemos interpretando 'Quién Eres Tú' durante su presentación en el Festival Out Of Doors del Lincoln Center junto a Lucinda Williams y Thao & The Get Down Stay Down.

Grammy winners Los Amigos Invisibles are definitely amognst the hardest working bands in the Latin Alternative scene. On Thursday July 19th, the band who only has one member still in New York will be returning in full for a special intimate show at Le Poisson Rouge. The last time the full band performed in New York it was a sold out affair.
Since their first album in 1995, Los Amigos Invisibles have developed a sound based on the “gozadera” - an irresistible fusion of Latin rhythms with fiery funk, disco grooves and quirky retro lounge music.

Homenaje a Isaac Albéniz: Peter Schaaf > Concierto > Julio 24 > Instituto Cervantes > ALBENIZ.

Yes, there are the Spanish language songs, and as all the best foreign language songs do, these transcend language barriers and move the spirit with the force of their feeling. But there is more, much more to behold on Ultra, and this reveals Lopez to be very much a product of his times, speaking to his times.
