I never got Glenn Beck. He was out of place in CNN and it seems that Fox is allowing him to blossom. And it is dreadful. The trio O'Reilly, Limbaugh and Beck is wrecking havoc in what it used to be the Republican Party. Or what it has become. In a recent New York Times article, Beck affirms that he is an entertainer or “a rodeo clown,” and goes on record with “I say on the air all time, ‘if you take what I say as gospel, you’re an idiot.’ ” Beck's apocalyptic show and his new 9/12 Project carries a big following of 2.3 million. I wonder how many of them are taking him as a clown. Bill O'Reillly on the David Letterman's show earlier this week called Beck (and Limbaugh) an entertainer, too. Of course, by his own statement on the show, Bill is a Journalist ( he paid a lot of money to get that title, he said ).
