ARTEAMERICAS 2009 IN MIAMI

Starting tomorrow Friday, March 27th, and closing on march 30, Arteaméricas, the premier fair of art from Latin America will be returning to Miami for the seventh consecutive year. The fair will showcase the latest trends in paintings, sculpture and multimedia from contemporary artists as well as renowned masters at the Miami Beach Convention Center.Arteaméricas will host galleries from many countries of the continent including Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic, the United States and Venezuela. The public will have the chance to see and buy the work of many celebrated artists such as Fernando Botero, Lygia Clark, Wifredo Lam, Armando Reverón, Jesús Soto and Rufino Tamayo.

Contemporary artists invited to the show this year include Alexandre Arrechea, José Bedía, Tony Bechara, Eduardo Chapela, Tomás Espina, Maria Monteagudo, Santiago Porter, and Hugo Zapata, among others. Visit www.arteamericas.com
Los nuevos estímulos que definen el arte contemporáneo de Latinoamérica y el Caribe llenarán el Hall A del Miami Beach Convention Center, durante los cuatro días de la feria de arte latinoamericano de Miami, arteaméricas. En su séptima edición, del 27 al 30 de marzo, mostrará
obras en todas las disciplinas posibles –pintura, escultura, arte multimedia e instalaciones- de maestros y creadores conocidos, pero también las tendencias actuales del mundo del arte que abrigan los artistas latinoamericanos.
